Products liability is one of the historically preeminent practice areas at Ice Miller. We have been involved in the defense of products liability litigation since its emergence and have played a significant role in the development of this area of law in the state of Indiana. Our lawyers have a wealth of experience in handling various product liability matters, including in the automotive and related industries, drug and device industry, the agricultural and construction equipment industry, consumer products, production machinery, and a wide range of other products.

The product liability litigators at Ice Miller practice in all state and federal courts and on regional and national levels. We have the largest litigation section of any firm in Indiana and our lawyers have been involved in virtually all of this state's major products liability decisions over the last 25 years. We have often been retained to appeal cases tried by others and our record is a good one. We believe we are well known and well regarded by the appellate level benches. A good number of our lawyers have clerked at the Court of Appeals and Indiana Supreme Court. Also, one of our partners, Myra Selby, previously sat on the Indiana Supreme Court.
