Student-Athlete Eligibility and Waivers

Ice Miller's Collegiate Sports Practice has had experience in the granting of both Administrative Review Subcommittee (ARS) and Student-Athlete Reinstatement (SAR) waiver requests. Ice Miller's Collegiate Sports Practice offers background searches on international student-athletes to help ensure eligibility upon enrollment. The Collegiate Sports Practice will investigate the student-athletes amateur status, investigate the status of teams they competed for and against, and personally interview the student-athlete's coaches and other people associated with the student-athlete.

Ice Miller's Collegiate Sports Practice can also assist member institutions in the tracking of initial, continuing and transfer eligibility of a student-athlete.
