Ice Miller has extensive experience in all types of real estate financings, including traditional mortgage loans, mezzanine debt, lower floaters, equity placements and syndications. We routinely represent clients in conduit, project finance, multi-lender, and multi-state mortgage loan arrangements. We serve both as lead counsel, typically for borrowers, and as local counsel for either lenders or borrowers.
