Utility Regulation

For many years, Ice Miller attorneys have represented electric, gas, sewer and water utilities before the Indiana Utility Regulation Commission (IURC). These hearings typically are based on requests for financing or changes in rates, and may involve municipally-owned, investor-owned or not-for-profit utilities.
